Join us for an enriching and empowering workshop series dedicated to women of all ages, where we will explore the power of mindful movement, dynamic stretching and meditation and talk about all phases of being a woman from puberty to menopause.
This series is designed to support and honor the body’s natural rhythms to promote longevity and mobility. Each workshop if crafted to provide a safe, nurturing space for women to connect with their bodies, embrace their unique experiences and learn about the physical, emotional, and spiritual shifts that occur throughout the different stages of life. We will explore how to keep our bodies flexible, strong and grounded through intentional movement and mindfulness practices.

Bring your own yoga mat, but if you don’t have one we have a few on hand you can borrow.

Dena is Kettlebell Kickboxing™, BODYART® AMERICAS and HOT HIIT® Beat Based Burn™ certified as well as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT®) with over 500 hours of yoga training in different modalities. Dena also earned a Masters of Public Health (MPH) because of her professional and personal commitment to health and wellness. Dena’s overall mission is to focus on mind, body and soul alignment while strengthening all three to achieve the ultimate goal of inner peace, happiness, longevity and mobility. As a busy mother, Dena is grateful for the positive impact that yoga, strength training and meditation has had on her overall health, flexibility, and mobility while juggling a busy and demanding schedule. She is always excited to bring her energy, knowledge, and mindfulness techniques for an experience that meets everyone where they are!
