Our Meditate and Create series is a great way tap into your creative spark. Maybe you’re an artist and are experiencing a lack of inspiration, a block or just want to try a guided art exercise to challenge how you normally see things. Maybe you’re someone who doesn’t usuallly make art but want to engage that side of yourself. These classes are great for anyone wanting to experience the joy and freedom the creative process can bring.
The class typically starts with a 45 minute meditation – in this case a sound healing. Then we move to a guided art exercise – in this case painting your emotions. This is a spontaneous exercise created to get you out of your head and into your body. Don’t think too much. Let it flow.
