Join us for a relaxing evening of journaling and community.
Journaling is a great way to release stress and anxiety, and to deal with complex emotions that may be bottled up. Particularly in this season at year’s end, we can all use a little time and space for introspection. Take the time to reflect on what is present for you in your life and mind, and perhaps give some thought to what you’d like to see change in the year ahead. All ages and family groups are welcome.
This is a special event to serve the broad community at the very affordable price of $1.
Journals and pens will be provided, as well as food and drinks.
