The Space is proud to present a moving collection of 27 paintings by Lebanese artist Lamia Labban, offering an intimate window into the vibrant, resilient, and complex pulse of daily life in Beirut.
In this series, Labban captures the extraordinary within the ordinary. Moving through the city’s streets, balconies, and private interiors, these works serve as both a personal visual diary and a profound cultural testament. Beirut is portrayed in all its weathered historical vibrance that is teeming with an unyielding spirit of connection, life and love.

Still Life Painting Workshop

Max is a master realist, painting with oils for over 70 years. His work is inspiring, but his teaching style is full of rich lessons on seeing – light, shade, composition, and texture. Gain insight into how to depict what you see – not what you think you see. This is a great opportunity to study with this much loved master painter – take advantage of it!

Every Tuesday, 7 – 9:30 pm, $20 pay in advance or in person
These weekly drawing sessions from a nude model offer a creative and dynamic environment for artists of all levels to explore the human form. Bring your own materials of choice, pick a spot and get into the flow of your own creativity. A different model is available every week, and easels, tables and chairs are provided as well as good music and vibes.

The Shop is open during regular gallery hours:
Thursday through Sunday 12 – 6 pm
Jewelry is art, and we love having it here at the Space. The Shop regularly carries Manifest Design, Anahata, We Dream in Colour, and Ariana Boussard Reifle. Plus we host special pop-ups with local jewelry and fashion designers throughout the year.

Give the gift of a creative experience at the Space. They can be used toward any event, class and even jewelry in the Shop.
Mission Statement
The Space is a forum for creative expansion and expression. We are an art gallery that holds art classes, open mic nights, artist talks, exhibit openings, healing circles, live music events, meditation and wellness events, and jewelry markets. The Space is a welcoming environment for us all to explore and witness the creative spirit. Read more
Accessibility
The Space is located on the second floor of a historic building, accessible via a flight of stairs. Unfortunately, there is no elevator access at this time. This means we are unable to accommodate wheelchairs or guests with significant mobility challenges. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
