Sound Healing and Bilateral Painting Workshop – with Vinni Taneja and Naz

Please join us for a special sound healing journey to cleanse and activate the seven chakras, creating harmony within your body and mind. Through this sound healing journey, your chakras become aligned, removing creative blockages and enabling you to fully express your artistic self with passion, purpose, and authenticity.  Once we clear the energies we will turn on the creativity through a guided intuitive painting exercise.

The Full Moon in Sagittarius in June 2025 illuminates a path of expansion, truth, and creative expression, making it the perfect time to awaken your seven chakras. We will then move to an intuitive painting exercise where you will have the chance to let it flow.  Let your heart and intuition lead the way.  You’ll have a large sheet of paper, paints and paint brushes.  We will start as a group with a bilateral drawing exercise with pastels as the underlay of our work, and then you will individually flow into your work, taking it deeper by adding paint and working out your own composition and colors.  This is an opportunity to let the subconscious mind see what it wants to birth through a visual medium.

This will be a guided sound healing journey with group reiki followed by a wonderful opportunity for you to express yourself artistically.  Can you think of a more enriching way to spend a Sunday afternoon?
