A bi-weekly gathering for men to explore conscious masculinity.

Through open dialogue, mindfulness, and powerful practices we calm the mind, open the heart, and deepen our connection to ourselves and each other.

Meetings are co-led by Leo, Fred, and Dave – each sharing their own unique leadership, experiences, and gifts.

We start by sharing our wins and challenges, honoring each voice without judgment or advice. Then we dive into practices like drumming, meditation, and somatic explorations that help us release stress, shift perspectives, and cultivate awareness and resilience.

Together, we explore themes of trust, vulnerability, family, rest, intimacy, and presence — discovering new ways to move through the world as men.
