Divine Feminine Mother’s Day – Sound Bath and Floral Painting

Divine Feminine Mother’s Day – Sound Bath and Floral Painting with Vinni Taneja and Naz Botas
Sunday May 10, 2 – 4 pm, $60 individual, $110 for 2 people
How does it feel to open up the chakras and clear your body and mind? How about painting flowers intuitively from that place of balance and high vibration? And what about doing it on one large communal sheet of paper?
Let’s find out together! Join us for a deeply restorative sound bath and chakra balancing experience followed by intuitive floral painting. We honor the energy of the cosmos on May 10 – a beautiful day that carries both the nurturing essence of Mother’s Day and a collective invitation to soften, receive, reconnect and bring forth the creative fire in all of us.
This experience is a sacred space to return to the Divine Feminine within – the part of you that nurtures, creates, feels, and intuitively knows. Whether you are a mother, honoring a mother or simply ready to reconnect with your own inner goddess energy, this gathering is for you.
We start with – You’ll be guided through a chakra-balancing journey supported by healing sounds from Himalayan singing bowls and gong, while receiving Reiki energy to gently clear emotional and energetic blockages. There will also be an opportunity to stand within a large sound bowl, where the vibrations will ripple through the body and nervous system, supporting deep grounding, rooting, and energetic stabilization.
Through guided meditation and conscious breath work, we’ll move through each of the seven chakras, releasing stagnant energy and opening space for inspired clarity, authenticity, and forward momentum.
Then move to – We will then move to the table where a large blank sheet of paper will be waiting to receive whatever wants to bloom from within. Working intuitively with pastels, paint, charcoal and ink, you’ll be invited to let flowers emerge – not through the mind, but through the intuitive heart. Your flowers may be wild and abstract, soft and delicate, bold and vibrant – there is no right way. There will be small vases of flowers casting shadows onto the paper if you need to have an outline to trace. This will be a communal project where we all get to paint flowers over the entire surface as we move around the table. We are each allowing our own unique creative energy to blossom in whatever way it wants to.
And close with – At the end we can each cut up sections of the larger mural to take home with us – painted paper bouquets! You can also take home some of the flowers. We’ll close with a brief integration circle, offering space to reflect, share and anchor your intentions in a supportive, heart-centered community.
What to bring –
