Welcome Dear Ones,
This monthly women’s circle is a gentle, uplifting, welcoming space to arrive just as you are.
Together we’ll begin with a light grounding and soft opening to help settle the nervous system and bring us into presence. From there, the heart of the evening is simple and spacious: time to share what’s alive in the mind and in the heart, to listen and be listened to, and to feel held in community.There is no fixing, no pressure to perform, and no expectation to have the “right” words—only an invitation into honest presence, reflection, and connection with other women.This years marks our evolution into ease. We have gathered for over a year to deeply nourish and heal our bodies, minds and spirits. Now we move with ease and grace into being our clearest and truest Selves, just as we are, without any judgement. We are responding to a communal need for more talk, ease, support and fun – yes to more fun!

What to Bring:
- A journal and pen.
- An item for our central altar (optional)—something that represents what you wish to call in or let go of (you will take this home with you).
- Comfortable clothing for sitting on cushions.
